Convo Access brings instant accessibility to America's largest transit systems
Convo, a Deaf-owned company, is launching a pilot program with the MTA, NJ Transit, and the Port Authority of NY/NJ through the Transit Tech Lab to improve accessibility for Deaf transit riders. Using Convo Access, a QR code system, riders can connect to live ASL interpreters instantly. Following a successful trial at Penn Station, Times Square, and Port Authority, the expanded program aims to enhance communication and inclusivity in public transit.
